2. Age Restrictions and Program Content

Bound By Elegance Shibari provides a variety of services that cater to people of all ages, and none of our offerings contain adult content. All classes, whether for individuals or couples, focus on the artistic and educational aspects of Shibari, with a commitment to fostering creativity, safe practices, and self-expression.

Shibari Classes: Our Shibari classes are designed to focus on the artistic creation of decorative and clothing-styled items using rope tying techniques. These classes are fully suitable for participants of all ages and are intended to promote artistic and creative expression.

Private Customized Classes: We offer private, tailored lessons that are adjusted to the specific needs of each participant. These lessons can cover a wide range of topics, from technical skill development to personal growth and relationship building, always ensuring a professional and respectful learning environment.

No Adult Themes: At Bound By Elegance Shibari, we emphasize safe, artistic expression, and personal growth in all our programs. There are no adult or sexual themes in any of our workshops, classes, or services. Our focus is purely on developing creative skills, building connections, and exploring the art of Shibari in a respectful, non-adult context.

3. User Obligations

When using our website or services, users must adhere to the following rules:

Respectful behavior: Users must not engage in abusive, offensive, or harmful conduct toward others, including staff, instructors, and other participants.

Copyright respect: All content provided by Bound By Elegance Shibari is the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

Accurate information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering, booking services, or making purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions

Accepted payment methods: We accept major credit cards for online purchases and cash for in-person services.

Refunds for in-person services: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or missed group sessions.

Commissioned art: All commissioned art is final sale. A non-refundable deposit is required before work on any art piece begins.

Subscription services:

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the month has begun.

Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with a prorated refund for the remaining months, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Auto-renewing subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Any refund for a package or plan will be prorated based on the time remaining.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Bound By Elegance Shibari provides educational services and content related to Shibari, relationship building, and artistic expression. While we aim to offer high-quality and safe services, the following disclaimers apply:

Not professional advice: The information provided on our website and during workshops is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Inherent risks: Some of our services, particularly those related to Shibari, involve physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury (e.g., rope burns, joint problems, circulation issues). Participants agree to assume full responsibility for their participation in these activities.

Emotional and psychological impact: Our relationship-building workshops and coaching services may involve emotional vulnerability. Bound By Elegance Shibari is not responsible for any emotional distress or psychological impact that may result from participation in these services.

Liability waiver and indemnity: By participating in any of our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Bound By Elegance Shibari, its employees, and contractors from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or damages that may arise during or after participation. You also agree to indemnify us against any claims made by third parties arising from your use of our services.

8. User-Generated Content
